When it was first announced that He’s Coming to Me will only have 8 episodes, I was a bit skeptical that it will have a satisfying ending. That’s my experience with some Japanese drama series. However, the ghost-romantic-mystery drama starring Singto and Ohm prove me wrong. At more than one hour, Episode 8 was able to give the audience a much-needed closure. That is, in addition to some intense, confrontation scenes and also some romantic, comedic scenes as well. Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 8 (End) [Review]”
There is only one more episode of He’s Coming to Me and Episode 7 is a true-blue cliffhanger! There has been speculation on how Met died. The series also put the spotlight on Met’s cassette tape filled with Thai pop music and the ever-reliable walkman. They represent things from the past and may hold the key to who Met really is. Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 7 [Review]”
The Ohm-Singto ghost-bromance-BL drama, He’s Coming to Me, is about to end in 2 upcoming episodes. The series – thus far – has exceeded all of my expectations. For a drama that tells the tale of a lonely ghost who befriends an even lonelier human, it has a lot of heart! And the drama! – more than I could possibly bear. Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 6 [Review]”
Episode 5 of He’s Coming to Me is a highlight of the whole series. It’s impressive what the production team has come up with in terms of the quality. This is an instance when the substance matches the form. Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 5 [Review]”
When the casting news for He’s Coming to Me was announced, I am already excited! Ohm Pawat (second lead in Make It Right) and Singto Prachaya (acclaimed actor in SOTUS) are both amazing, to begin with. I also am personally biased toward them.
Something just doesn’t feel right.
While the past 3 episodes show the bonding between Thun (Ohm Pawat) and Met (Singto Prachaya), Episode 4 is highly-charged and emotional in so far as Met’s continued presence. Is there a chance Met may disappear into the hereafter and never to come back? Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 4 [Review]”
Episode 3 is not what I expected. I was not looking forward to the ghost chase or whatever it appears in the teaser clip for He’s Coming To Me. But I was wrong. It was amazing – this episode offers plenty to digest, think about and enjoy all together. Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 3 [Review]”
He’s Coming to Me Episode 1 took off to a good start. But Episode 2 is better- way better!
There is some eye candy (sexy scenes featuring Ohm) and school life featuring Ohm (Thun) and his two buddies and one girlfriend. Singto (Met) now lives with Thun. It seems it only takes a few tricks for him to leave the cemetery. He settles comfortably in Thun’s sofa and begins to enjoy the ‘wonders’ of the internet. you see, he has been dead for 20 years, thus everything seems so exciting! Continue reading “He’s Coming to Me – เขามาเชงเม้งข้างๆหลุมผมครับ Episode 2 [Review]”

The previous teaser trailer did not give justice to the upcoming TV series He’s Coming to Me, in as much as the latest one. But still, the impact of seeing Singto Prachaya Ruangroj and Ohm Pawat Chittsawangdee together is more than what many could bear.
