When people hear the words, “Young Athlete,” one would think about a man with bulky, chiseled muscles, tanned skin, and looking pretty rugged. However, that’s not always true. You may not don’t believe it, but the potato-chip eating character Team from the highly popular Until We Meet Again series that ended its run a few months ago was a star athlete before the entertainment industry beckoned.Continue reading “Prem Warut Chavalitrujiwong – วรุตชวลิตรุจวงษ์ [Profiler]”

2019 and the next few years are banner years for Thai BL Series. By the sheer number of upcoming productions alone, there is no other Asian film/drama industry that has so much to offer to BL fans worldwide.
UWMA? Why are we talking about Until We Meet Again weeks after the Finale was broadcast? Because I need to finish what I started. A multitude of reasons, actually. Mainly because I effectively trashed some aspects of Episode 16, and discovered later I was dead-ass wrong. I was also tired of letting myself be overwhelmed with emotion. Now that’s passed, and I want to put down what my thoughts are regarding this series ebullient finish.Continue reading “Until We Meet Again – Episode Finale [Review]”
On the spotlight! (From top to bottom) – Mos Saksitt, Gulf Kanawut, Toy Thanaphat, Bright Vachirawit, Ohm Pawat, Mix Sahaphap, Seng Wachit, Ohm Thitiwat, Boun Noppanut, and Pavel Phoom
Mos Saksitt appeals to me more from a male model standpoint. His provocative photos scream for attention and that reason alone, why is he not in any BL series? Let me know if you got inside info on him!
Another emotional storm overtakes us in this episode. Plot twists, surprise revelations, and even more reveals about the characters we’ve come to care about so much. Acting in this BL series is one of its strongest suits. With the next crop of “BL” series in 2020, I’m hoping we’ll see the same high-quality production standards for which this series has established the benchmark.Continue reading “Until We Meet Again – Episode 15 [Review]”

I watched Until We Meet Again Episode 6, multiple times to improve my understanding of the nuances and the limitations of the subtitling, and just to take in all that’s going on.
Last week I inferred oncoming “fireworks” based on this episode’s preview, but what we got here was an emotionally fulfilling experience.Continue reading “Until We Meet Again – Episode 6 [Review]”
I watched UWMA Episode 5, three times to improve my understanding of the nuances and the limitations of the subtitling.
To create great Texas BBQ, you have to smoke the meats oh-so-slowly – literally hours, before you get a fantastic result. Episode 5 was indeed more leisurely, evolving exposition, but oh-so-slowly done well. We should fully accept the slow-pace now – it’s for our edification.Continue reading “Until We Meet Again – Episode 5 [Review]”
